The functional parts are made of hardened, stainless steel, are carefully crafted and sharpened perfectly. The handles are made of a combination of high quality polypropylene and non-slip Santoprene (softgrip). A specially shaped ceramic sharpening stone allows to resharpen the blades even in the edges.
